Chef and Owner Greg Bavaro, a graduate of the Culinary Instituteof America, prides himself on using family recipes that were handed down through the generations. Salad pizzas with chicken or shrimp Caesar, Greek salad, or mesculine greens are the most popular from more than 50 different kinds of pies they offer. It’s literally “a meal on a slice.” A list of pastas, entrees, heroes and paninis make up their extensive menu. From penne with sweet vodka sauce to farfalle with a complex mix of garlic, broccoli, sundried tomatoes and shrimp, all dishes start with fresh, high quality ingredients. We enjoyed a hearty dish of Chicken Florentine, tender chicken topped with spinach and melted mozzarella, and Mozzarella Capri with homemademozzarella, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and basil...every bite bursting with vibrant flavors.
