What do you get when you combine a passion for cooking with 100% customer satisfaction? You get Gino’s Tuscany. Owners Saverio Bosco,Emilio Branchinelli and Richard Dankenbrink are so passionate about their restaurant you just know everything has to be good. Saverio, a culinary trained chef, focuses on the basics of regional Italian cooking using fine, fresh, seasonal ingredients. Everything is made daily from scratch and all dishes are prepared to order. His motto is, “if you wouldn’t serve it to your mother, don’t serve it to your customers.” They’ve been catering to their customersfor years, most of whom they know by name.

The restaurant, with the pizza counter in the front, is designed witha Tuscan motif with golden yellow stucco walls, greenery, sunflowers, and checkered tablecloths. The ambiance is warm, welcoming and casual.

We tried several dishes from the varied menu. Our favorites werehomemade fettucine with diced ham and asparagus in a creamy pink sauce; linguine with clam sauce (fresh clams); and a special, salmon cup with piecesof diced smoked salmon, red onions, Roma tomatoes in a puff pastry, veryflavorful and original. Personal size thin crust margherita pizzette was expertly prepared. All desserts are house made and luscious. Have a selection from their Italian wine list or enjoy an ice cold Peroni beer with your meal.

You can enjoy a slice of pizza or an elaborate dinner; the friendly andcaring staff at Gino’s Tuscany will treat you like you’re a part of their family.
